Who can see my contact details?

Only people that have registered with the website can see your contact details.

How do I know how much my property is worth?

If your property is not already on the market, we would recommend an Independent valuation.

Can I change my advert after it has been published on the website?

You can login and manage your advert and make any changes that you want.

Can I stay with my estate agent?

You can still stay with you agent and we would recommend that you do.

How long will my advert stay on the website?

Your advert will stay on our website until it has sold or you wish to remove it.

Do I still need a ‘HIP’?

You still need to have a ‘hip’ if your property is not already on the market. See our ‘hip’ section.

Do I Still need to pay stamp duty?

You still have to pay stamp duty in the normal way. Please see our legal section or speak to you solicitor.

How do I swap property for one with a different value?

One you agree a swap, then the process is a normal selling/buying procedure. If you are purchasing a more expensive property then you apply for a mortgage in the normal way.

How much does membership cost?

Membership is free of charge at the moment until your property has sold. After this period any new adverts cost £59.99 + VAT.
