HIP's Report (Home Information Pack)

Since 14th December 2007 it has been a legal requirement for all property marketed after this date to have a 'Home Information Pack (HIP).

 If you have not got a ‘HIP’ please see our recommended list of ‘HIP’ providers.

For more information on HIPS please follow www.homeinformationpacks.gov.uk/consumer.

We recommend that you have an independent Valuation report for your property and and a Homebuyers report or Building Survey on the property that you are interested in buying.
